Ana in the office is great, she got us in with a breeze and always so attentive to any issues we may have. I haven’t seen such professional management in an affordable apartment complex in awhile! She’s a keeper!

I have lived here almost 3 years. So glad they finally opened the pool. When i needed a maintenance request. They are quick to respond. No delays. Other than hearing, police, firetrucks or ambulances go by. Northlake Apartments are a very quiet complex.

I have no idea how this property has a 4.3 rating. They must still be giving out gift cards in exchange for good reviews. Kenco took over in 2022 and the property went straight to hell. No consistent leasing office manager, calls to office go straight to voicemail, the landscaping is ugly, and the maintenance guys (who change quite often) are lazy. I moved because on top of all of that, they let it get roach AND rat infested. Unless you just can’t go anywhere else, do NOT lease at this place. Any “promises” to improve are LIES.

I have called Northlake Apartments my home for 3 plus years. There is no other community in the area that I would rather live! Located in a fantastic area, close to shopping, grocery stores, great eats and easy access to the interstate, makes this a perfect place to call home! It is literally the best kept secret in Tucker! Denise, the Community Manager, goes above and beyond to ensure the comfort and happiness of each resident. I have thoroughly enjoyed having Denise here, as a Manager. I know that if I have any issue, it will be addressed immediately. Denise has made so many positive changes to our community! New cosmetics to the exterior, detailed maintenance enhancements, interior hallways fresh, beautiful flowers at the entrance, impeccably kept grounds along with her personal touch o

I've lived at Northlake Apartments for over 2 years. Great Location! Great Price! Everything is just GREAT here. Probably the best apartment I have lived in my entire life. The property manager Ms. Denise Patterson is an amazing person, always helpful and patience. She cares about her residents like her own family. I enjoyed living here. I would recommend anyone to move here. You get what you pay for, and it's worth it.
