The Arbors at Culpeper

I moved to the Arbors after retiring in 2018, and I'm very pleased with, and comfortable in, my apartment. I'm particularly glad to have a hair and nail salon on site, as well as the other amenities. Also enjoyable are the various social gatherings and fun events that we have. I have some nice neighbors and have made a few good friends while living here. Lastly, I want to give a special shout out to our amazing staff member, Allie! What a jewel she is! Thanks, Allie, for all you do.

I considered finding The Arbors a gift!! As I am fully into my senior years, it was especially important for me to transition to an independent living environment that is safe, clean, quiet and aesthetically pleasing. I was so delighted to discover The Arbors, which provides it all -- including a beautiful, clean, well managed contemporary facility for which I was financially eligible. The fully equipped Fitness Room, Media Room, Billiards Room, Beauty Salon, Multipurpose Room are only a few of the features that makes me proud to call The Arbors my home. The leasing and facilities management staff are exceptional!!!

We are a k9 therapy team&Obsidian starts wagging her tail as soon as we make the turn into this BEAUTIFUL facility. It's always as comfy& relaxing as arriving at grandma's house. The staff LOVE these folks dearly and it shows in so many details they tirelessly provide. The decor is tasteful and inviting. Secure, upkept grounds. Ponds speckled with wild life. Gorgeous, timeless construction from the staircase to the balcony. Endless adventures&activities. So many smiles greet us every time. I would recommend this location to family or friends. Don't take my word for it..GO see for yourself!

I was a recent resident of the Arbors and look back at my time there with appreciation. Successfully running a place such as the Arbors with fairness, professionalism and common sense is not easy, but that is exactly what the managers Ashley Armstrong and Amy Murray do. Kudos and thanks!

I have lived at the Arbors at Culpeper for 3 months now, and it is more than an apartment, it's a great place to call home! Quiet, secure, beautiful spacious interior, with many amenities, planned activities, friendly and caring staff, Highly recommend
