Update 10/20: Changed to reflect the inability to effectively communicate with the staff about this. I held off on writing a review because I had good experiences with the staff in the past few years. I lived there for 8 years And they wouldn't let me renew my lease despite no marks on my record. Which was fine because I was happy to be out of there as it's insanely unaffordable at this point. I do not think that the current issues have anything to do with them but more so paradise management. These apartments are beyond overpriced for the amount of issues that they have. I have kept my apartment very clean. To not receive a full security deposit back is insulting at this point. I don't regret taking care of my home and respecting the company enough to take extra precautions but when I f

Beware of maintenance issues and repairs are not done (despite being told they are done) and the apartment not being “move in ready” for day 1 Today is about a month in. Upon move in the unit had multiple issues. 1) mater bathtub was clogged (resolved day 2), 2) washing machine didn’t work (addressed day 25), 3) kitchen sink clogged and unable to drain (still unresolved). Repairs are simple not done and repaired to an acceptable standard quickly. It will require daily raising issues for basics than should have been part of a pre move in check and are simply not done. If you’re looking to rent here please be aware that your move in condition could be unacceptable and the quality / timeliness of repairs is substandard. I am on day 30 and unable to use my kitchen sink.

We wanted to give a shout out to our maintenance team! We were having lots of issues with one of our appliances. Tommy and Nick were able to quickly remedy the problem and did so neatly and timely. Thanks again, guys!

We have lived here for almost 2 years now and it has been nothing but trouble. Everything is broken and it takes forever for maintenance to fix. Example first week we moved in and out heat broke it was the middle of November and cold outside we had to go 2 weeks without heat and no compensation on the rent or a simple apology. Our washer broke and flooded our apartment a short time after. The carpet were filthy and again nothing from management we had to pay to get the carpets cleaned ourselves. Noisy neighbors, we had to walk through bird shit to get to our apartment because they let the birds poop all over and not clean anything. Now our sliding glass dot has been broken for 2 months now and not a word we have contacted maintenance and management both with no response. All we get is the

I moved here recently from a different state and love everything about the complex. The moving/leasing process was as easy as it possibly could be given my wife and I were not able to see the apartments in person. The leasing office was extremely accommodating and helpful. All the trees are beautiful and there’s something about the apartments that feel like home. Maintenance and service requests are easy to submit online and response time is amazing as well. Any issues I experience are addressed quickly. I’d highly recommend the Apartments at Pike Creek.
