The Ammons at Ashville

The landlord pulled our credit and denied it without providing the Adverse Action Notice, which i had asked for. I emailed her and she said she had let her boss know. I have not received any documentation on why we were denied from anyone. Highly recommend finding another place to live.

I’ve put in multiple maintenance requests for my air to be fixed for over a month and have not heard anything back at all.

I tried to go in person for an application. Google maps or the managers of the Ammons has the wrong address and instead I went to some random neighborhood. The actual place is further down Ashville highway

I went to get a application from this apt complex the first hour, of the same morning they did the ribbon cutting to open the office. Could never get anyone on the phone for over a month and a half. I always had to go by. They never return calls or messages. They're very unorganized. I waited at least 3 weeks before I checked in my app. If course I had to go by there to do that. The only thing they needed to complete my app was income verification. All that time I waited and nobody called to tell me that. Then they had called to tell me I had the apt and they were ready to move be in... Then give minutes later they called back with a different message. I went through all that to be told I was over income. Wasted my time for two months

It's amazing how quickly a brand new apartment complex can go to hell in a handbasket when you combine nasty, trashy tenants and management that doesn't take care of the property. This complex has garbage littering the grounds; stains, spills, & general filth on the sidewalks and in the breezeways; and is full of loud, obnoxious people who have no respect for their neighbors. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
