The Amber Townhomes

My family and I moved into The Amber Townhomes about 2–3 months ago, and it’s been perfect so far. The community is super friendly and has felt welcoming from day one. When it snowed, everything was cleared before we were even awake, which we really appreciated. The maintenance guy lives on-site, which makes a huge difference—he’s always around, incredibly friendly, and responds to requests very quickly. The office staff has also been great; the woman in the office is always kind, helpful, and easy to work with. Overall, we’ve had an awesome experience here and would definitely recommend The Amber Townhomes to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and well-run place to live.

These townhomes are beautiful and spacious! The second I walked in I could tell they would be great for me, my boyfriend, and our dog to live in. The team there was able to answer all of our questions plus they made sure to find out what we are looking for so they could make sure our home is the perfect fit for us. We are so happy we found The Amber and would recommend it to anyone!

Sammy was amazing to work with! Everyone on the team has been friendly, helpful, and quick to respond with any questions. Our move in was smooth and easy.

The Amber Townhomes are a beautiful community! The brand new townhomes are stunning and the team is incredible. The 3 Hour service is something I've never seen before. If you are looking to find a comfortable and brand new place. The Amber is your choice!

The Amber Townhomes are gorgeous and located in a fantastic part of Billings! The staff is friendly, welcoming, and super responsive. The Amber is and would be a wonderful place to live!
