So far so good. Nice property. Leasing Manager is helpful especially with all my crazy questions. Pool is resort quality, I mean there are daybeds. Gym top notch and the roof is amazing…look forward to spending my three years in LA for work here.

Night shift security guard is rude and unprofessional. I had to drop off a package for a friend and they only provided me with the access code and fell asleep and forgot to buzz the elevator for me. After I let myself in he was there playing his phone on full volume zoned out and after I failed to reach my friend I asked him politely to buzz me up. He sighed and rolled his eyes and he said next time tell your friend to do it rudely. Guy hates his job even though he gets paid to sit down on a couch and watch YouTube. Do better.

The security guard here I see get bullied often, and he takes it out on me cause I’m a girl. Then when I confronted him he started filming me, and laughing at me. They need a security guard to protect women from the insecure security guard. Not the one who only works sometimes

UPDATE 11/10/2025 EV chargers are being installed as of now! _________________________________________________ Wonderful new apartments. Some complaints though. Firstly, the move-in process was much more difficult than it needed to be. I am on the first floor and my room is toward the rear of the building. While we were moving in the furniture, we were never made aware of another entrance that would have made the move-in much faster and safer. Another complaint is the parking situation; while there are plans of adding EV chargers to the parking, I was told they won't be installed until mid-late 2025, which is a let down considering how many of us here drive electric cars. Parking is also strictly assigned, and no changes to your assigned spot can be made, even if there is a much better

The amenities at the Amara are amazing. The pool deck is a great place to unwind, the gym is so spacious. I quit my Equinox membership because this gym is as good as it gets. There's also a roof deck and residents' lounge that are available so there is always somewhere to go for peace and quiet. Helpful and attentive staff. I moved in last month during a busy week for the building and the move-in process was very smooth. I usually never write reviews but A+ Amara! Anastasiya, thank you!
