I have lived in these apartments for almost a year and I absolutely love them. The staff is excellent and always answer me very quickly and professionally. The environment is really great for kids. I love that my dog is welcome and the community is very friendly. The fact that it's next to the high school never bothers me. Friday night football games are very well supervised and I never have football attendees park in my parking space. It's a great place to live and I would definitely recommend it.

The previous manager Sophia was great, however the new management has been very dishonest. My lease didn't get renewed after living there for 3 years because they "needed to remodel". I had already paid for future months rent and I was told before I left if I cleaned up (which I did) I would get the months rent back and my deposit back. Now they are trying to keep my money and not give anything back. I will be filing a complaint with the housing authority and proceeding with litigation as I have documents proving everything. Not trustworthy people.

I moved in last year to live with my fiancé and it’s been a very unpleasant experience. Noisy drunk neighbors partying into the morning hours has been a huge issue from day one. Rules such as quiet hours, chairs and personal property in the breezeways between doors, and pet feces not being disposed of properly are just a few of the constant problems. The property manager is collecting a paycheck and living on premises and couldn’t care less. She doesn’t even pick up after her own pets. I have actually witnessed this on several occasions. And don’t worry if she doesn’t like you for any little reason you’re given notice with no explanation. This could be a great place to live if there was someone in charge that cared enough instead of just saying to call the police and file a complaint, whic

So I've lived here for 3 years and now have been notified that my lease agreement will not be renewed. I have had multiple problems with noisy, drunk and obnoxious neighbors.Alcohol bottles left outside overnight after having to listen to drunken people yelling outside your bedroom window at 1am. Can't tell you how many times in two years I had to put up with this bs. People who don't pick up after their dogs, (not to mention that they rent to people with extremely aggressive pets which is not allowed in the lease) and the fact that the apartments area outdated and in disrepair. You can complain about everything until you are blue in the face, even calling the police after quiet hours because that's your only option and still nothing is done about it.
