The Alexander

Had a tour of The Alexander in Mansfield Texas today it was so nice I decide to take some real estate photos of their community area. Didn't snap much of inside the apartments because I was asking alot of questions during that time. They have some specials going on right now. They just opened up in November of 2025. They only have 5 residents right now, but if you're looking for an apartment definitely schedule a tour or just walk in and ask for Priscilla.

I toured The Alexander excited about the new property, but the application and leasing experience was completely unorganized and frustrating. From the start, leasing agent Natalia provided inconsistent and misleading information about how long the property had been open and how many residents were currently living there. Important details about the centralized screening process and required identity verification were never clearly explained before payment was taken. After paying $225 in application and processing fees, the online system repeatedly malfunctioned — first preventing payment submission and then continuing to display error messages that blocked me from uploading required income documentation. This place is AMAZING! I'm moving to Mansfield and had no idea that this kind of luxury existed out here. There are some other nice places but nothing like here. Literally in the middle of shopping, grocery - I love that I will be able to have walkability outside of the city. AMAZING!

Beautiful apartment, but to bad it's expensive.
