The Aerie on Washington Street

They charge a $100 fee to move out at the end of your lease. read the lease in its entirety. this place has found many creative ways to charge me money to make up for the cheap rent. They have roaches as well that they told me i had to take care of myself before caving and sending pest control to the building. then they made me pay for the pest control because it’s in the lease somewhere that it’s tenant responsibility. They gave me used drip pans on move in then charged me $40 for them to get new ones to them on move out. they tried to charge me $60 for missing refrigerator shelves until i sent the move out video showing they were in the fridge just removed from their slot for cleaning. My rental car was towed when someone from their office gave me a new model of temporary parking sticker

They told me the roaches were my responsibility to fix/pay pest control. they told me they had central a/c but it blows out 78* air. they have been trying to decide whether to refund me the $150 i spent getting my car out of the towyard for weeks because the sticker they provided me was new and they forgot to inform the towing company they had switched stickers. they work in slow motion and don’t seem to care at all about their residents. All this was from this month alone.

I've lived here for a little over a year now, and have no complaints. The new mgmt company is great to work with. I was having an issue w/ the stove and instead of blaming me or fixing it, they just went ahead and replaced the thing. Affordable and close to shops for daily needs.

Fantastic place to live for young adults, professional! Close to the downtown nightlife for the weekends. Incredible restaurants only a minute walk away!

I have lived here going on 2 years. Pretty solid place. Close to most day to day things.
