The Admiralty

Don’t live here. Management is highly unprofessional. I have been trying to break my lease and the front office has been dodging all phone calls and emails. I’m in the military, I move around a lot. I quite literally do not have time to chase management around to break my lease. They are trying to bribe me into staying after stating I want to vacate the premises multiple times. I’m willing to pay the fees included but they are not responding. Will be reporting to the base as well so other military members that are here temporarily don’t waste their time and money. Worst place I’ve ever been.

I wanted to share a review on behalf of my mom. I recently met with the Manager, Matthew, to discuss options for her. He took the time to meet with us, explain the entire process, and was incredibly patient and understanding as we talked through how renewals work. It’s easy to see why my mom has been so happy with him.

Living here has been a waking nightmare. The office staff are incompetent and despite being degreed and born and raised in a first world country they don't know how to cash money orders and in fact think by some magical means they can bounce like a check which is impossible because they are pre paid, a stop payment is all that can show up. I should be paid for educating them on this since their schooling didn't. Enjoy spending hours at the bank while Mr. Babin demands multiple payments from you because he cant comprehend he is doing his job wrong and wont listen to a bank employee, he hung up on us repeatedly no less. I've lived here about nine years. My daughter takes care of me because I am an elderly disabled veteran. When we moved in I thought I'd live to my end happy here but it has been closer to a never-ending nightmare of abuse and accusations from the office personnel who are forever "new" and unknown to us except for their late evening emails they send when I'm asleep already. We moved in after an apartment building fire and were thankful to no longer be homeless but there is marijuana smell everywhere and my daughter did mention it when we initially walked through, Norma pointed out the scents things in the outlets like that did anything useful.... it wasn't a problem for us until 5 years later when after they did not leave us a notice about a state inspector coming and my daughter complain

I just recently moved in about 2 months ago, and so far I have no complaints. Everybody is very nice. Tracey has been very helpful with helping me transition into my new apartment and was able to answer all of my questions. She made this otherwise hectic process much easier for me.
