I was on the board at a condo association that was managed by Compass for several years. They were great to work with and responsive when you needed something. I’m a 22 year real estate broker in Rhode Island. A lot of property management companies are subpar. Rob Wegener and his team at Compass really do a great job!

Straight forward, honest, and very detailed oriented; Rob runs a great property management team. I've had properties in Newport and around the US for over three decades and have worked with a lot of property managers. Luckily, I switched to Compass Management and his team 4 years ago and couldn't be happier with their service. Sandy in accounting keeps flawless books along with Warren and Evan in maintenance and repairs round out the perfect team. Former active duty Navy Officer that couldn't be happier with choosing Compass to manage my property in Portsmouth, RI.
