The Adelade Apartment Homes

When I moved to Knoxville, I checked out several apartment complexes and ultimately decided on The Adelade because of the location and $. Now, I’m so happy this is where I chose! Jenn, the property manager, has been so helpful and WILLING to help with every random request I have, and Jack, our maintenance guy, always shows up quickly and with a great attitude. Love The Adelade and I’ve recommended and will continue to recommend it to many people!

My fiance and I moved in a few months ago and we have been nothing but impressed by how welcoming the community has been. Jenn, the property manager, made the process of moving in as effortless as possible, welcoming us both with open arms. If you want an inclusive community close to downtown, and reasonably priced... the Adelade is where it's at.

This place is fantastic. Moved across the country for the UT Campus not really knowing what to expect. Ever since moving ~7 months ago I’ve had no problems. The apartment complex is nice and well maintained. The apartment manager, Jenn, is always respectful and friendly ready to help whenever. The maintenance man, Matt, is also super pleasant to deal with and is always around in case something happens. The complex tries hard to decorate and make it feel festive for different holidays like Christmas/Thanksgiving/Halloween. It’s a fun place and anybody would be lucky to rent here.

The Adelade has been an excellent place to live for our son who moved down to attend U of Tennessee. It's a quick drive to campus and downtown, friendly, quiet, and Jenn is an awesome property manager. They even have a fitness center which makes things convenient for working out. We highly recommend it!

We have lived at The Adelade for over 2 years and it has been great! Jenn the property manager is the best and makes living here even better. Maintenance requests are always resolved quickly and the property is well maintained. We love the location as it’s right near Old Sevier, downtown and UT campus!
