The Acres on Arrowhead

Would not recommend living here. The cleanliness of other residents is poor and management allows it to continue. • Dogs poop in the hallways and entryway. Warning emails are sent but no one is ever identified and the problem continues. • The only outdoor trash area frequently overflows. Mattresses and large items are left by the dumpsters and sometimes get blown around the property. • The elevator consistently smells very bad. • Snow removal is often done late at night (around 10–11 PM), which disrupts residents. For the rent being charged, the level of oversight is disappointing. We are currently looking elsewhere to live.

Cheaply built, cars parked all over the place, management is terrible, halls and entryways are always dirty, broken furniture in common areas, never any coffee at coffee bar. Apartment wasn't clean before i moved in. Dead flies on the floor, construction dust on floor and appliances, dryer vent was not hooked up had to hook up myself, crappy wall mounted electric heating units. Electric bills are very expensive!Place is a joke.

Never lived here. Didn’t even have the opportunity to tour. I scheduled a tour and showed up 15 minutes early. When I entered the office I greeted the employee there and she interrupted me stating she was on a meeting and to come back down in 30 minutes as if I was a tenant. I had to stand and wait in a vestibule as there was no sitting area and it was raining outside. My showing time came and went and she was still on her meeting completely ignoring the fact I was still standing within her eye sight. They were aware ahead of time I had an Important appointment to get to after this and knew I was on a time crunch. Completely unprofessional and clearly does not care about getting tenants. Was on a showing elsewhere that same afternoon and they stated they receive many of this place’s unhapp

Property manager was late for tour, and when we asked simple questions like estimated electric bills, and how many studios do you have she had no idea. Stated that estimated electric bill for a studio was about $250 which is more than our 4,000 sf home.
