As a first time home buyer, I was concerned about the process being really daunting and that a lot of information would go over my head. But I never felt that way thanks to the excellent communication from Braelyn and the Sathers Realty Team. I greatly enjoyed working with Braelyn and would certainly recommend her and Sathers Realty! They explained the complicated process in an easy to understand way, were open and honest, and made you feel like a valued individual as their client. They also provided contact info for a great house inspector, the utility companies I’d need to call, local snow plow services, and more.

Braelyn & Julie helped me to sell a house. It took a while with it being in a small town, it finally sold in September 2025. Braelyn was extremely patient with all my questions and helped to keep me calm during the whole process.. Braelyn is truly amazing to work with, if I ever need help with buying/selling property I would have Braelyn be my realtor! Julie was wonderful helping me make tough decisions as well.
