When I decided to sell our property, I contacted Cheryl Ekstrand, a realtor with Messina & Associates Realty. My wife and I had used Cheryl as our realtor when we sold two of our previous single-family homes. We sold our first home in Duluth, near Proctor, in 2003 and our second home, which was a lake home located on Aerie Lake in Alborn Township, in 2019.
