Alecia was one of the best property managers I've had. Not alot of people that take the pride she does for her job! Always was friendly and approachable when it came anything. Great professionalism.

Took my 20 for the application fee for nothing extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. Can't even give a possible tenant a call. They only send text messages. When you don't take the highest priced available unit they offer you they ghost you.

I’ve lived here 2 years now and it’s been a great experience. Alecia has always been super helpful any time I needed anything, had any questions and overall just an amazing property manager. Building is kept clean. I feel safe laying my head down at night and it’s been a great living experience ☺️

609 Studios has been great in every way. Alecia has been consistently helpful in so many ways. The building is always clean, and the neighbors are friendly. I’d recommend 609 to anyone looking for an affordable apartment who doesn’t want to sacrifice quality.

I’ve lived at The 609 Studios for over 3 years and 6 months. I love living here. The building has cameras outside and inside on every floor. I feel safe living here. The building is clean and the studios and apartments are just cute. Plenty room for me and my beloved kitty. The leasing manager is kind, friendly, approachable. Maintenance issues are dealt with affectionately and promptly and in acceptable manner. I consider myself blessed to be living here. The 609 studios is opposite the brand new library and walking distance to a quirky park, restaurants, banks and stores. I highly recommend to live here. Thank you for a fantastic experience.
