…unfortunately I chose to rent from TGM. Upon touring the apartment, I clearly stated that carpeting was a dealbreaker. I was promised it would be pristinely and professionally cleaned and I had no need to worry. Upon move-in, however, the carpet was heavily soiled with pet hair, glass shards, and dead insects. The office refused to take responsibility, despite their original promise. And instead told me to rent my own carpet cleaner. And showed no care or concern for the broken, dirty, shatter glass we found, bugs, and general filth. Not to mention the electrical issues. That same week, my roommate’s car was towed due to unclear parking policies. We were never informed of the need for a parking pass, nor were passes issued. Yet, we were blamed for the oversight. I am formally disputing this collection charge due to negligence and lack of proper notification. I was never provided with a final account statement, itemized charges, or written notice of any outstanding balance after moving out, nor was my security deposit of approximately $500–$600 returned. Additionally, we decided to move out because of ongoing roach infestations and poor maintenance response. The living conditions and delayed repairs were unacceptable and directly influenced our decision to leave.

Shaila’s attention to detail and communication made the entire project go smooth! The complex is very clean and well maintained! Can’t Thank her and her team enough for all the help!

Making the move from Palm Beach to Sarasota was a big decision, but I couldn’t be happier with my choice! The location is unbeatable—just minutes from the UTC shops and an amazing selection of restaurants. About 20 minutes from Siesta Key. Everything I need is practically at my doorstep!!! A huge shoutout to Lord, the leasing agent who helped me find my perfect apartment. His professionalism, patience, and attention to detail made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and truly went above and beyond. The community is pet-friendly, they are in the process of building a state of the art dog park which was a top priority for me, and waking up to BEAUTIFUL 😍 lake views every morning is just the cherry on top.
