Beware of properties that are represented by Adam Ali. He will go MIA and be unresponsive to offers that come from buyers with other agents. Instead, he will give preference and attention to offers where he is getting commission on the buyer and seller side. Only thing that makes logical sense as to why he would go MIA to legitimate offers that were ready to go above any other offers received.
