Cortland League City

I have lived here for 14 months and overall I felt safe. However, today I saw someone’s car on blocks and the tires stolen. The apartments are nice and you cannot hear your neighbors which is why I’m giving it three stars. But the lack of cameras in the complex is concerning.

Maintenance is extremely slow. The walkways are not cleaned with pressure washers and overall upkeep has declined. The gym is very small, has limited basic equipment, and is often hot. The pool area also has no lighting at night. Compared to the current rent rate, these conditions do not meet expectations. Please consider hiring additional staff and improving these amenities, as seen in other Cortland communities.

Wow cortland is stunning! Great location very lively and stormie was super amazing when she gave us our tour very thorough and ready to answer any and all questions!

I really enjoyed the tour that Stormie gave to me while at Cortland! Her energy was one-of-a-kind. She also was reaching out to me from time to time to make sure that everything was going well throughout my apartment search.

I lived there since 2017 (with the exception of one year). Ever since it became a Cortland facility, it’s gone downhill. When my neighbor moved in, a roach infestation took over building one. They finally moved out but the new tenants say the roaches are still there. I found mold in my apartment. It took almost a month of fighting for them to properly remediate. I didn’t receive any financial compensation. Then two months later, a pipe burst in my apartment while I was out of town. Everything that was touching the floor was destroyed. When I told them that they needed to pay for the damages, they responded by terminating my lease. Good luck to the next person that lives in unit 1104.
