Tesoro at Porter Ranch

I love living here. Aydie Von and Alex are very kind and respectful. They always greet you with a smile and are willing to help in any way they can—their door is always open. Marilyn and the maintenance crew are amazing. Whether they’re fixing an issue or keeping the grounds clean, they do a great job making sure the property always looks beautiful. Manager Karen truly cares about the residents and is always willing to do whatever she can to make tenants feel safe and comfortable. I’ve been living here for eight years, and since she’s been managing the property, the service has greatly improved and the property looks very updated.

I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Alex and Manager Karen. They were incredibly helpful with my parents’ recent move, guiding us every step of the way. Thanks to their support, my parents are now living in such a clean, comfortable, and wonderful environment, which makes me truly happy. I also really appreciate the maintenance team—whenever anything was needed, they came immediately and provided such friendly, efficient service. I couldn’t be more grateful for everyone’s help and dedication!

Marilyn, our building maintenance supervisor, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. She's such a professional, confident, polite and a wonderful lady. Everyone living at Tesoro speaks highly of her and we all agree that we're very lucky to have her working here and helping us out everyday of the week. Alex has been absolutely wonderful at the Tesoro building. He is professional, reliable, and always goes above to help. Alex is very responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the residents. It’s a pleasure working with someone who is not only efficient but also kind and respectful. Tesoro is lucky to have him!

The maintenance crew especially Marilyn does an excellent job of providing great service. Request for maintenance or answered quickly, Marilyn is very knowledgeable about anything that is requested. The maintenance staff is always friendly and easy to work with. I have lived here for 10 years and haven’t had no problems with the maintenance request.
