Lisa is the best! I have been working with other property management companies looking for a home for a month now, emails taking a week to be answered, poor communication, questions left unanswered etc. But Lisa responded to me immediately, got me in the home for a tour with in an hour, responds to my texts and emails quickly, and is extremely kind. I have never had such a good experience with a property management company in my life. Thank you again for your help Lisa!

Very poor management. Do not have any help when you move in to do a tour or a inspection. Just here is the form after you sign the lease and then email it back to us without providing the email address. Incomplete lease agreement not stating anything about pets or animals. Nobody even ever comes and checks at least this apartment complex. I had to literally inform them (reminding) i owe you money for my cat being housed here. It was hardly even cleaned.

Territorial land company gave me a chance when no one else would due to lack of rental history etc ,Mandi is super sweet and everyone on there team is very kind and understanding I loved my time at my apartment and would recommend them to anyone !

The level of maintenance on the duplex we are renting is very good. We appreciate all the built in services!! The new paint job on the exterior came out very nice. The neighborhood is clean and quiet and that is greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend this business if you have any rental needs. Employees go out of their way to keep tenants happy and safe!!

My family and I rented with Territorial Land company and really enjoyed the experience and smooth application process. Their website for online payments and maintenance request is great as well. We moved out to find a larger rental and we hope to be back with them!
