I was 5 months pregnant when we were to move in to one of Kathy's rentals and was told AT SIGNING that an additional deposit of $1300 would be required because the owners were concerned I wouldn't return to work after delivering. (I later received that deposit after returning to work)That put a bad taste in our mouths but at that point had no other choice. We gave our 30 day notice after living in the home 20 months. We scoured every surface, mowed and weeded the yard and even covered and painted every single nail hole. I videotaped the home because it was so clean and I didn't trust Kathy Bond. So yesterday, the last day to legally return a deposit, we received a check for $200 of our $1500 deposit! Granted we owed $42 per day x 4 days because my notice was on the 4th and rent is from 1st

Let's just start out with it's hard to be able to contact the business via landline or personal work phone go down to the shop when it says it's open and some little kids in there but nobody else answers the door I don't expect a little kid too but the parent is obviously not around. application process online is ridiculous and ask the most stupidest questions. I will never try to contact these people again basically can't I would recommend going elsewhere

Kathy is one of the most caring and honest rental management companies I have dealt with. She goes above and beyond for her tenants. Any bad reviews could only be because those particular people expected Kathy to not be aware of their dishonesty. It's pretty simple if your her tenant then be a good one. Follow the rental laws as Kathy does and the relationship will be great.

I rented from Kathy for 4 years and I have to say that I never had an unfavorable experience. I really appreciated that she gave us our space as tenants and more importantly she was there when we needed something. I’ve rented from property managers that are horrible but I would have to say Kathy has been the best. We just moved out and received our deposit check...yay! All we did was complete everything on move out checklist and we received our money back! When we look to move back to the area she will be the first person I reach out to for available houses!

Hiring Kathy to manage our property was the best decision we ever made. She is 100% professional and capable of making difficult decisions when renters don’t follow through. I can’t understand the negative comments. Kathy was always careful and knowledgeable about real estate practices.
