Jackie Senters and Niki have long been trusted partners in our real estate transactions. They are personable, hardworking, precise, professional and timely. I cannot imagine better title service than they provide.

The First Am offices in Cottage Grove, Oregon are not ADA compliant. Surprisingly you must traverse steep historical steps to enter the building - no ramp or alternate entry availabe. We were not made aware of this prior to our appointment and it would have been nice to know as an alternate signing place would likely have been requested. As for actual escrow and title services, First Am performed just fine.

First American Title was fast and diligent with all steps of the process! This allowed for our experience to be smooth which in turn left us feeling at ease as they explained the documents as we signed.
