The minute I walked in, I knew I was in a professional, and comfortable Real Estate Agency. Everyone who is there is trust worthy, knowledgeable, and had my best interest. The most important thing I noticed was the experience the agents have there. In NJ, these are the agents you need. Great location too!

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Sharon Grosso and she is the absolute best agent we've worked with. She's very patient with us and did not push us to make a big decision fast. She does her very best to accommodate us on our scheduling and walked us through the entire process. She's the only agent we know of (since my parents bought and sold a few places and we've worked with a few) that ever gave us the utility companies and what to do to start the service once we closed. She definitely went above and beyond.

Take your business elsewhere! My daughter used this agency to buy her first home and we used Michelle who was our friend and someone we trusted Michelles cooperate email was hacked and sadly wire fraud happened and $32,000 for a down payment was gone. Don’t give us the response that “you sign a paper about wire fraud, you sign 25 papers in 2 minutes with nothing verbally explained.” Clearly had the agent verbally went over this, chances are this wouldn’t have happened. How about you secure your internet system, as if you did, this would have never happened! All of the buyers personal information was in the agents file and exposed. The worst part is this agency wouldn’t even acknowledge they had a breech in security, they would not return phone calls, no apology, and now they won’t respon

I have to say I had the pleasure of meeting Sharon Bene around May 2020. I really can't begin to tell how she was more then my agent, she took care of all my needs and wants like a mother does for her kid. I eventually started calling her mom. She made my house hunt go short and smooth. After one house that we saw and didn't like she truly understood what I was looking for. Finally in July we found a house we fell in love with and Sharon aka Mom went head first into making sure she did everything she could to get us our dream house. I highly recommend if your looking to buy you always call mom Sharon Bene. She is the best there is and the best there will be in the realtor market. Most importantly she will never let you down. Maria and Thomas made our house hunting an amazing experience. The only reason we're sad is because we won't see these two as often as we did during our hunt. After such a great experience, we consider them more than just our agents. Without Maria and the help of Thomas, we would've never found our perfect home. There were bidding wars for each offer we had but they knew how to keep us motivated during our search. Maria avoided all that bidding war nonsense with our new home and somehow got a firm agreement with the listing agent on how the house should be sold to us.
