Grandview Title Agency Of Bergen County

Went with Grandview Title Agency when I was getting my first mortgage. Figured I'd use them again for my refinancing. That is definitely not happening. I got an estimate and asked a follow-up question as to why it seemed higher the 2nd time around. After no response for 9 days, I decided to call. I explained the women on the phone why I was calling and she rudely said "ughh can I get a name so I know what you're talking about".. she then told me the numbers (in which the 2nd estimate was lower) and said "so tell me again what the issue was".. If I'm wrong, I will gladly admit, but there is no need to talk to customers that way... Lady, if you don't like your job, there is someone happily waiting to get one. My advice, go with a different agency..
