Ottawa House Apartment

Lived here for two years and enjoyed the peace and quiet here. Management is friendly and caring and it’s an affordable and safe place. The one and only issue is that it floods very often and fills up the parking lots, and many tenants lost their cars including me in a heavy rainstorm. Had to always preplan where to park my car on rainy nights instead of my designated spot.

I was a student on budget and live here for one and half year. It was very friendly and quiet neighborhood. safe and clean. The super Mark and Frank is very friendly. They treat me like family. Many time that I lost the keys and they help me get a replacement free of charge. The checkout process is super easy. I did have some minor damage to the wall. They take care all the cleaning and did not charge me the damage at all. The maintenance is promptly. They will normally finish within one or two hour and did a good job. However, there are some downside about the complex. First, the wall is very thin and it is easy to hear what your neighbor doing or they hear your noise. but most of the people here is very quiet and nice. Second, the sewage is very bad. Nice place to live in very reasonable distance to all public transportation and shopping. Only draw back is that it floods when there's a heavy rain drainage is poor. However its a nice place to call home and relax when your days are hectic.

Average apartment complex in a low area so it floods frequently, but not into the apartments.
