Since Vanessa became the manager, the situation in the apartment complex has noticeably worsened. She ignores tenants’ requests and does everything her own way. Her behavior is arrogant; she doesn’t greet residents, creating an overall sense of unfriendliness. Tenant requests are processed slowly, and decisions often lack clear explanation. There are also concerns about a lack of financial transparency.

I love these apartments. I personally have lived here for 10+ years, I love the safe and spacious lay out of the apartments, it has always provided a great place for children to play. We currently got new manager named vanessa, she is a lovely lady that puts your concerns first. Overall a sweet, welcoming and very helpful person!

Vanessa is exceptionally responsive and attentive, always addressing any needs I have promptly. She is truly one of the best managers I have ever worked with.

Oh buddy, some saaalllty people live here, very entitled group. But, nice place. There has been more diversity and improvements since the new team took over. I like it. Others haven’t…. It’s 2025 people.

I have lived here for several years. The leasing office staff and maintenance team are awesome! They have always been kind and helpful! The property is always kept clean. My maintenance requests are always handled quickly and effectively. If you are looking for a safe apartment home, in a great Natomas location, I highly recommend looking here!
