The old lady who works in the office keeps denying my application. This is the second time this has happened. It’s starting to feel racially motivated. I will be calling fair housing on her.

I've been living at Terracina Vineyard and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The property is impeccably maintained, with beautiful landscaping and clean, well-lit common areas. The amenities are top-notch, from the sparkling pool. The location is perfect, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. The Manager Robin is always approachable, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents' well-being. Any concerns or questions I've had were addressed promptly and with a friendly attitude. The maintenance guy Harrison is equally impressive. He quick to respond to requests and always ensure that everything is fixed perfectly and efficiently. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to call home.
