Terrace Park Apartments

Holly cow talk about great customer service. I called because I was having a hard time booking an appointment for the weekend. The manager told me they were closed Sat&Sun and it sucked because I work the hours they are in operation. Tell me why Anna offered to FaceTime me to provide a virtual tour or she said she could record the vacant unit and send me a full video. I ended up going with the video and she did great. The video showed everything even opened the cabinets and closet doors. I felt helped. If you want good service ask for Anna she the new manager

First night leasing a first floor apartment the entire ceiling broke down and flooded the entire apartment, still more water damage and the leasing office hasn't done anything about it to relocate my mother. They offered to move her into a more expensive unit she can't afford and won't cover or write off the additional cost. Do NOT ever come here! These buildings and rooms were painted over water damage and are a MAJOR liability and safety hazard and electrical nightmare! If anyone can help, please reach out! My mother just moved her after her husband, my father, passed away. She has no real income or any benefits from the passing of my dad.

It's okay in some respect. The maintenance team has been quite efficient fixing apartment issues. However the common areas could use better attention.

I was hesitant when I heard about another new manager appearing at the property. I do have to say I am pleasantly surprised! Jason seems to really care about the property, and I can already see a difference!

I been living at Terrace Park for 16 years and I love it here. The remodeled units look amazing. A Big thank you to Jason and Hannah in the office!
