Terra Vista Apartment Homes

We had a great experience living in this apartment thanks to Luz and Oscar they are very helpful. We lived in this apartment for 1 year. I loved how close it was to all the great stores. Luz is always so helpful, and Oscar is very helpful with anything that is needed they are easy to get a hold of. I am sharing some pictures. I hope they are helpful. The Albertsons and the Pizza Hut across the street. There are many beautiful parks nearby. The apartment has gone through renovations it needs a lot of updated pictures to show how great it looks. The old pictures don't show how the apartment really looks inside.

very bad maintenance service, I would not recommend a place to rent, they removed the roof of the building knowing that it was going to rain in the next few days and they did not cover it and more than 24 apartments were flooded and they put 3 heaters and 10 fans in the apartments with the tenants living inside, we are living 24/7 with a temperature over 175°F, it has been 1 Monty and 19 days on this situation and they have not repaired our office and even our president has 2 babies who are almost 3 years old, living here with those temperatures and conditions with heatstroke and mold inside the apartments... I do not recommend this place at all...

We have a great experience living in this apartment. Luz and Oscar was very helpful. We live in this apartment for almost 3yrs and if my husband wasn’t relocated, we will definitely still be living here! I will recommend this place to my family and friends!!

I lived in Terra vista for 5 years. I really loved living there. The staff there especially Luz and Oscar are very considerate, nice. They always attend to whatever issues I had in timely manner . Did a great job and I really appreciate it. I would recommend these apartments to any one looking for a nice place to live. Thank you again. Great Job...
