Terra Title

I have had one experience with Terra Title, and will not have another. When I sold my home in Lima, Terra Title was responsible for the close-out of the mortgage. While the team at Terra was provided wire instructions from the lender, they instead decided to mail an unmarked check to the bank, which they later explained saved them wire transfer fees that they had not included on the disclosure. When this unmarked check was unable to be processed by the bank, it initiated a spiral of problems with closing out this mortgage. In a conference call with the bank, it was requested that Terra Title cancel the check and wire the money as previously instructed, which the individuals from Terra Title refused to do, explaining that they weren't willing to pay the bank fees associated with cancell
