Northlake Village Apartments

Shane came in and essentially redid the entirety of our bathtub and shower and all within the span of just a few hours. He was incredibly efficient and was very considerate and kind about the way he was doing his work. Top notch quality and it's super appreciated.

I have lived at Northlake for 9 months and Lorna has been absolutely amazing. From helping with a unit change, to making sure maintenance issues got fixed immediately (within an hour of calling). She has done a phenomenal iob handling roommate changes with other tenants i know, she goes above and beyond for her iob! She makes living here easy and worry free if anything ever comes up

I've been living here for 3 years now. I can confidently say that our current leasing agent and property manager are the best we've had so far. They are very professional at their jobs, and make my stay here more than enjoyable.

The site here is absolutely beautiful and well-kept. Maintenance and the managers are always there whenever you need them and they’re always so kind and will even explain to you any of the problems that you have going on in your unit and tell you how they fix it exactly. It’s never too loud and it always feels very safe. If you’re looking for a place to call home in Lima, this should definitely be number one on your list. Not to mention the units are super roomy and affordable for what you get.

So far, I have resided at Northlake Village for a little over three months, and I can proudly say that my experience has been one that I will look back fondly on and continue to for the duration of my lease. It has set my standards for pretty much the rest of my life regarding professionalism, community interaction, and any sort of rent management. I would recommend these apartment complexes to anybody.
