I was interested in a property that this company posted but there were no pictures availabe. I called and spoke with a female associate about the condition of the home because the description stated that the property needed work. Upon speaking with this lady I asked her if I could set up an appointment to see the home. Right away the lady asked me if I had the down payment for the property. I explained to her that I did have the money but I wanted to see the home before deciding to put money down on the home. Then after telling me she would show me the home. The lady told me that the home was taken only after I did not want to discuss money without seeing the home. I thought that was very unprofessional and in mature so I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I had cash for a house on Murphy street in lima back in February of 2016 did an application for the house even told the lady I had cash ,they failed to call and never heard from them yes I had my kids with me but just cause someone has kids doesn't mean they're broke I've noticed the house was still for sale I strongly recommend that cash buyers stay away there good at the run around game
