Terra at Norcross Apartments

Terra at Norcross has been a disappointing place to live. Maintenance has been unresponsive and unprofessional I have submitted three separate maintenance requests to fix a leaking shower, and no one has come to address the issue. Maintenance staff are often seen sitting on golf carts instead of completing work orders. Trash is frequently overflowing, and the property often smells due to poor waste management. Litter is common around the community, and noise is a constant problem, including loud cars and a neighbor’s dog barking nightly. The only positive experience has been the front desk staff member, who is consistently kind and welcoming, though I do not recall her name. Overall, the lack of maintenance, cleanliness, and noise control makes this a frustrating place to live.

Part 1. If I could leave zero stars I would.I moved here last year in sep/october and since I have been here it has been a problem after problem. I moved here quick due to me having to move out of my previous home abruptly if I had time to do the proper research I would have never moved here. I am in property management myself and I would never do what these people do. First off if you do not look like the people in the office you are sure to find your self being treated different and racially abused than the people that look like them. I have NEVER seen the property manager I have NEVER talked to her every time I have been to the office she is never there I always get directed to Dianna the assistant manger. Or I’m told the property manger is not there. I have requested to speak with her

LADIES BE AWARE!!! These apartments have a maintenance man here that doesn’t knock or ring the doorbell. I have woken up about 3 times since the one particular maintenance man been working here, one of the time he was in my apartment there wasn’t even a work order. I’m very afraid to live here now. I have to make sure I keep a heavy piece of furniture behind my door in order to feel a little safe.

I set up an appointment to tour this apartment as the photos online looked decent, however upon arrival we noticed a multitude of issues. Trash everywhere, the dumpsters overflowing and smelly. The wood on the apartment siding were bowing badly and all of the windows looked foggy, a sign of water damage. Everyone's windows had either messed up blinds or ripped screens. The pool was green and unusable in the middle of swim season, and to top it all off we couldn't even tour! When we arrived the leasing office was locked. When we were let in, they told us there were no available apartments to tour. Honestly, just based on what we saw walking around outside the apartments, it was already off of our list of options anyways. I felt like I could catch ring worm just touring a model of this compl

Nice place to live. Maintenance is good. Very convient to Interstate 85 and 285. Office staff very helpful.
