Tenney Place Apartments

This place was good when they first were built! Management has changed multiple times and each time different sets of policies and rules are all of a sudden in place. They charge you for a replacement fob, a replacement parking sticker. They show amenities online with no access to them. Not once have any of us tenants had access to the “gym”. They no longer will repair the built in AC in your apartment. The laundry machines are dirty and most times out of order. And the tenant is required to call the Laundry machine company.

Apparently very nice, If you stay to yourself. There is always a police car coming to create some trial date for assault for someone.

worst place ever, first off they never answer the phone. office management totally sucks, horrible attitude towards potentially new tenants..got schedule for an appointment to try and get into a 1 bdroom scheduled me on one of their advent days, i showed up and the door was closed...i drive off and see 2 women walking out of the office i turn around and try the door again and the office is obviously closed. the unprofessionalism in this place is unreal. attitude and all. never again

I have called & emailed, left voicemails MULTIPLE times and have driven to the office to see an open sign on the door but no one answering the door even though they are looking right at me. They promote they have apartments for rent but you cant get an application online, they don't ever get back to you via email or phone. Its ridiculous! I shouldn't be too surprised though I had an application in for two years when they first opened and somehow "got lost" and was removed from the list. After giving it another chance & still seeing management issues, I can tell this is not the place for me.

Place is falling apart. Children running up and down the hallways, They are also graffiti the hallway walls. Outside doors and other repairs that need to be done are not getting done.
