Ten68 West

I've been living at Ten68West in Dallas, Georgia for the past 9 months, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. From the very beginning, the leasing process was smooth and the staff made everything easy and welcoming. Everyone I've interacted with—from the office team to maintenance—has been professional, kind, and responsive. It's clear they genuinely care about the residents and work hard to keep the community running smoothly. The location is another huge plus. The area is peaceful and well-maintained, with convenient access to shopping, restaurants, and other essentials. Kaitlyn and Brooke are awesome! They will go over and beyond the call of duty to take care of the tenants needs. The maintenance staff is really good at addressing your request immediately and they’re very respectful when entering your apartment. There are somethings about apartment life that you can’t control.For example,how some tenants care for their pets(Being disrespectful to other tenants and not picking up their poop). But hey, it’s apartment life and this staff is doing everything to make this community a great place to live in. I really like it here.

A Wonderful Place to Call Home for Families and Pet Owners! I’ve lived at Ten68West for a year now, and it has truly been a fantastic experience! As a woman with two small dogs, finding a place that is both pet-friendly and family-friendly was a top priority, and this community has exceeded my expectations in every way. One of my favorite aspects of living here is the thoughtfully planned events the staff organizes throughout the year. The maintenance staff is horrible. I've been living here for 3 months and I've made numerous trips to the leasing office about my toilet. The last person that stayed in this unit allowed their kids to flush toys down the toilet and every time I make a request for maintenance to fix it they come with this snake thing to fix it but it only allows them to flush it then I'm back with the same issue. Honestly they need to put in a request for another toilet. Trying to save money will only result in a upset resident.

The girls (Kaitlyn and Brooke) are super sweet! They try to address and fix any issues or concerns you may have in a timely fashion and have always been friendly!! Anytime I have emailed or came in with a concern they have gotten to it fairly quick and have worked with me on any downs I have had myself. The maintenance guys are always working hard to keep the grounds looking the best they can! Rod has been there for years and he has always helped me with issues in a matter of a couple of days. There are always going to be a few "Mehs" about living in an apartment depending on neighbors etc but over all it has not been a bad experience. They really do the best they can to make the community great for the tenants! <3
