Ryan Homes at Serenity 55+

We have been building a home at the Dallas, Ga neighborhood. We were concerned because of what people have said about builders. 🤔 You staff at 259 Serenity have been the best group of people I have ever worked with, Jeremy the builder has been the most amazing person to work with. He always listen, takes our concerns and fixes them communication with him is amazing! Shannon is so welcoming and kind has the information we needed treats our granddaughter so very well! We are the pink hard hat crew and of course papa with his white hat! We have been truly blessed to get work with the people in this office!

Our sales agent was great and available for questions whenever we needed answers. She made the process smooth and easy. She was very patient with us and her and Jeremy were great at communicating. Overall we are very happy with the Ryan homes team and have had help from Jennifer of the warranty team to follow up with. Everyone is very respectful of our time and investment.

My experience so far with purchasing a home from Ryan in the Serenity neighborhood has been excellent. Right now we are in the finance process. My daughter and I met with Jake Bergman on our first visit there. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered every question we asked. I live in a different state and he has been very accommodating keeping in touch with me while I made my final decision. I am now working with Kristi on the Finance application.

This is the 2nd home I’m building with Ryan Homes. They make the process so easy and stress free. From the ease of selecting my floor plan and finishes with Cory, to obtaining a mortgage with Kristi at NVR and Jeremy keeping me updated throughout the build process - their service and professionalism are top notch. And the quality of the home they build is superb! I’m so glad they are building in GA and can’t wait to enjoy my new home for years to come!
