I can't begin to express how amazing Jessica was during our home buying process! We found a home and immediately fell in love, and she made sure we were able to get to the closing table. Despite the issues with the seller/selling agent, Jessica's responsive communication quickly put out any fires that were headed our way. She's extremely knowledgeable and will do everything in her power to get you your dream home! Highly HIGHLY recommend!!

I've been renting with Porch Property Group for nearly 3 years and my experience has been nothing less than terrible. They provide the worst maintenance, and I have had to make several maintenance request for the same issue. Most concerningly, they have shown a total disregard for tenant safety. I was demanded to perform my own maintenance inside a crawl space by a specific deadline with threat of $150 fee; a task that is not only hazardous, but not listed to be completed by a certain date on my lease agreement at all. I was willing to outsource someone to perform this, but intead I was charged $25 by Porch Property for them to send someone out.. to still see the $150 fee listed at a later date. Negative Stars- LONG REVIEW READ BEFORE WORKING WITH PORCH PROPERTY GROUP ! I recently sought a short-term rental - (Drexel Ln) a property listed on Furnished Finder BY PORCH PROPERTY GROUP- As a travel nurse, the trustworthiness and accuracy of platforms like Airbnb, Furnished Finder, and VRBO are crucial when venturing to new states and places. Until last night, I hadn't encountered any problems. Upon arrival at 8pm, I encountered initial difficulties with the key location, which had not been communicated to me. After gaining access, I was met with a disheartening sight. The property was in a deplorable state, plagued by dead roaches, spider webs, live spiders, and scattered dirt throughout. From the moment I walked in their office, I felt that it was a very welcoming and comfortable place. The staff is awesome especially Jennifer. She sold one house for us and helped us buy another. Fantastic experience and there isn’t another real estate agent or company that I’d work with.
