I recently toured Ten 45 Suwanee while considering it as my next home, and I was extremely impressed. From the moment I arrived, Miss Pruitt was professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and made the entire experience comfortable and informative. The property itself is beautifully maintained. The landscaping is pristine and thoughtfully designed, creating a peaceful and upscale atmosphere throughout the community. The pool area is stunning — clean, inviting, and perfect for relaxing or entertaining. I was also very impressed with the 24-hour fitness center, which is well-equipped and convenient for any schedule. My absolute favorite amenity was the dog park. I am so grateful for the team at Ten 45. Both Cara and Libny were a huge help to me navigating leaving a college dorm and into living in an actual apartment. They always had patience to explain and was quick to respond any of my question. Upon moving in I needed a few maintenance request to be done and they were QUICK to come. I truly appreciate and love it here. It’s always so clean and quiet. Highly recommend!

This apartment complex is a blessing! I was in a difficult living situation and urgently needed to move out of my previous residence. I spoke to Ms. Cara, one of the head leasing agents at the complex, on a Friday afternoon and explained my situation to her. She was sincere, compassionate, helpful, and swift in all her actions to assist me with my move. I accepted the keys to my new unit from her, literally a week to the day after I first spoke to her, explaining the urgency of my need to find a new home. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff. They greet me each time I walk into the leasing office and ask how I am doing. Mellase Pruitt was especially helpful—she provided clear, accurate information and was always responsive and patient when answering my questions. Her knowledge and professionalism made everything much easier and less stressful.
