Tempo | The Residences At Evergreen Walk

I’ve lived in this community for over five years, and I can honestly say it’s been a fantastic experience. The management team consistently goes above and beyond—not only do they keep the property clean and well-maintained, but they also host awesome special events that really help neighbors connect and build a sense of community. I also want to take a moment to recognize our leasing manager, Jess. I know people may have different opinions, but from my perspective, Jess runs this place exceptionally well. She doesn’t take any BS, and as a long-term resident, I can truly appreciate that. Her no-nonsense approach, combined with her clear commitment to the community, ensures things run smoothly and fairly. I’ve rented here for 5 years. The location is excellent; easy access to I 84, walking distance to restaurants and shops at Evergreen Walk. The amenities are excellent ,with a pool that remains open well past Labor Day ;dining room and movie theater that can be reserved for personal use, and a gym that is open 24/7. I find the management and staff always accommodating and pleasant. They often have frequent social events for the residents. Evergreen Walk has concerts in the summer months. I’ve found the maintenance staff to be quite responsive to our needs. The common areas are well maintained.

We've rented here for a year and a half... We live "full time" in Arizona and rather than buy a second home to escape the summer desert heat we decided to rent here and avoid the hassles of owning two places. And we're happy we did. The apartment is excellent... Quiet and nice to have families with small kids who make the place lively during the day. Nice pool, excellent clubhouse, and extremely nice staff. Only one complaint we've had... Guest parking is ridiculously bad. Residents who own more than one car monopolize the guest spots and virtually never leave. So if you've got guests coming for dinner, etc... There's almost never anywhere for them to park. Seems like guest spots should have a time limit of 36-48 hours but they do not. That alone takes my rating from 5 stars to 4,

I lived there for one year and a half. Location is convenient with everything close by. Facilities are in good condition. Lease office staff is relatively courteous and efficient. Overall, even though it's slightly overpriced, I recommend Tempo Evergreen Walk and enjoyed living there. That said, you need to be careful about some of their practices. After walk out inspection, I was told that everything was okay and that my whole deposit would be refunded. Three weeks later I received a message from the property manager saying that I owed 350$ for carpet replacement in the bedroom. Pictures were attached where stains were revealed using UV light. Honestly, this part is scammy: There is no way to know if the stains were there before I moved in since they don't use UV light to check carpets

If I could leave 0 starts, I would. For the amount of money you are paying per month, it’s astonishing how poorly run this place is. I lived here for 4 years, and it was common-place for their own workers to park in your spot (which are assigned), necessary repairs to not be taken care of in a timely manor and extremely rude interactions with the building manager Jess. We were told that we would have two parking spaces for a two bedroom when we moved in, only to be told none were available and we would have to pay an additional $200 per month for a garage. For 4 years. Just a quick 10k, no big deal. Save yourself the headache and look for somewhere else to live, this place is a joke.
