Nancy rented our condo for us and we, in turn, rented one from her. In both transactions, she was very professional, extremely responsive and concerned about what was best for us. During the call, she indicated that the owners wanted a tenant by July 1, so I proceeded with the application process and paid $100 for my daughter and me. At that time, I also submitted all other requirements, including ID and pay stubs. A few days went by without any communication, not even confirmation that she had received the payment via CashApp or the other documents. I had also explained in detail that I had rent assistance and that the paperwork needed to be submitted by a certain date to move in by July 1.
