Julie has been amazing for us. I tasked Julie to take care of everything regarding the sale of the property because I did not have the bandwidth. She cleaned out the house, got all the paperwork ready for me to sign electronically. She put me in touch with the lawyers, she explained every step of the process with patience and honesty and care and sometimes with timely humor. She was always available through text, call or email. Even in the weekends. She advised me anytime issues came up. In the end, all I had to do was sign documents online and show up foe tue closing. And thanks to Julie, I was comfortable.
