I am so grateful for the service division of Templeton and everyone who works there; Ben, Rich, Pedro and all the professional, and helpful staff. Throughout the years they have always responded promptly to take care of any and all of the various issues I have encountered with my house. I cannot say enough good things about the quality and service they provide. I highly recommend them!

Templeton has made home owning very easy, Templeton and Ashley. I contacted them to glass in a screened porch and it was done to perfection in fact I live in that room so I can tell you that every detail is perfect. If it wasn’t I would surely notice. I then had a tankless water heater installed and that was perfect and I am not sure how I ever lived without one. I love the porch and the water heater but the service that allows me to sleep at night is Templeton maintenance service. Instead of having my endless list of service men I merely email or call Templeton and they send out the most qualified men, in fact the furnace man is here now to check my heating and air conditioning. Every one has been perfect and polite and so very qualified. I am able to happily and securely live in my hous
