Ideal Builders and Remodeling

Ideal Builders was a wonderful choice for finishing our basement. We are pleased with the quality and workmanship. In the beginning of 2021, I had purchased a lot in Birmingham not knowing that Covid-19 was going to shut us all down. On top of getting shut down, we had to deal with major shortage in basically every housing material. However working with Brandon was a huge relief. Brandon had the foresight to order the lumber, appliances, and any other material we needed right before the lead times became out of hand. Brandon was so communicative and professional through the whole process and kept me in the loop throughout the build. He assisted me on staying within the budget while selecting high end finishes. I highly recommend using Ideal Builders and Remodeling when completing any housing project.

I had an unbelievable experience with ideal builders. We had a massive addition (2 bedrooms, a full bath, a great room, and outside updates) on our home and were on a time crunch because of a new baby addition in our family. Bottom line, we could not have been more pleased. Imagine having a contracting company that actually prioritizes communication through whole process! Additionally, they stuck to the schedule and finished ON TIME! Honestly, it was more than we could have asked for and we couldn’t be more happy.

Ideal Builders built our current home and we could not have been happier. No matter what, some items are going to pop up with a new build and everything we came across was taken care of. Brandon and Harry were fantastic to deal with throughout the process and they are still involved in houses nearby. Ideal Builders is in this business for the long haul and you can tell they want to be part of the community for years to come. Brandon recently completed an impeccable job in finishing our basement this past month, in addition to building our house a few years ago. He has great attention to detail and experience with design which helped in making sure we made the best decisions in every detail of the project. He made sure to set the proper expectations from the beginning and kept us well informed and communicated throughout the project. We first met with Brandon late September and asked if the project could be finished mid-December. It was an aggressive timeline, but Brandon was able to achieve it without cutting corners.
