Giving my experience a 5 star rating doesn't even scratch the service. Our intention was to build a 3-season room with a wood burning fireplace... we had no idea how transformative the project would be. Thank goodness we chose Main Street. We have enjoyed the entire experience. Beginning with Doug Klee, who first met on Zoom, to truly understand what my husband and I were trying to accomplish and our communication style. It was genius. Doug was able to come to our first in person meeting with a point of view and we jumped on board. We then worked with the team to choose all the details (big and small) and that exercise got us to the actual project cost. Jeff and I often talk about our good fortune to have met you and Steve (thank you David and Melinda) and having Mainstreet do so much work for us. We very much appreciate the support we still receive from you and your company! Case in point: our home caretaker calls us in a panic several weeks ago that there is water leaking from the ceiling in our bathroom!! Of course, with us in FL it is cause for great concern!!! Is it the roof? Is it the fan?? Who knows?! I know who’ll know, Mainstreet! Within hours after my call to your office Marq called me to schedule a home visit. He went the next day to house and addressed the problem (just condensation) and suggested a way to remedy the situation. THEN, 4 weeks later he calls us today to make sure all is well. He is just a pleasure to deal with.
