Worst property management in the ~20 years we've had rental propertys various locations, So have done business with many many property management companies, some okay some not so much, but I never once had one call me with a reported maintenance issue from a tenant and "Tell Me", 'You need to call to get someone to get it fixed', that happened 2-3 times, following the 1st time when Danielle's irresponsiblity & attitude caused delays having the heating system repaired. Our properties are will maintained but issues do arise. Daniel was incapable or just to lazy to deal with it. She wouldn't meet contractors to give access, huffed at using a lock box but left a key under the mat of an occupied units. She was rude to me from the beginning.
