After reading the reviews and terms and conditions. You really cant beat this. $1 down and $199 for a doc fee plus $15 fee and you are on your way to owning land. I like that the process is straightforward and simple. 3 years from now I'll be able to say I own land.
Even though we were not able to purchase from Dollar Land, our experience with them was positive. Mrs. Shirley is really patient and sweet person to deal with, really straight forward and honest team. We will for sure keep Dollar Land Store in our mind when we are ready to invest in land. Excellent customer service.
So far so good. In the process of paying right now. Hopefully sooner and later I can get to say the land is paid off and make a home. Steps by step slowly but surely. I do wish they update their web page more and make a app. Promote themselves more because it's a great business.
Visiting the States. We'll impressed with alot of the items on offer for just $1. Great service you don't get in England.
Wonderful they give you an opportunity to own a pieces of land weather or not you have bad credit.
