Me and my partner spent 2 years in that dump. When we moved in it was filthy and already had a roach problem. For nearly the entire time there we had a roach infestation. We are clean people they finally fired the old pest control guy and got a new one that actually did finally help. Unfortunately that’s just the tip of the iceberg. One night while standing at the stove the entire cabinet unit FELL and nearly killed us! They didn’t come out till 4 pm the next day. Where it fell again, this time on my Fiancé where he screamed for help for 10 minutes. They ignored him because they thought “it was a domestic dispute”. We constantly had to call maintenance about several other issues including toilet leaking through the ceiling, hot water unit failing and the outlet to the dryer catching ON FIR

As handicap individual I find it difficult to enter the building to pay my rent due to fact there is no ramp and blg brick step.. a ramp in front or building with handrails would be great... But l really like the kind people there...

Had cabinets fall on me, cabinets fall and nearly kill my wife, walls are paper thin, maintenance was okay, but the real joke is the security deposit. We don't smoke, yet were charged $520 dollars for "paint damages", although we were very careful with all the walls. Neighbors were also all very loud, and on my last day there I had a neighbor ask me if I wanted drugs. When we first moved in, toilet upstairs was leaking through the ceiling downstairs. Good luck getting these punks to answer their phone as well. Don't recommend, find a place the same price but better quality, I beg of all of you to avoid living here. Also, outlets and lights share switches 🙃

I rented a duplex with them during my time of attending JSU. After living there for a little over 3 years you should expect the average wear and tear. I received a bill of $1,270 in damages!! They are charging me $925 for “paint damages”?! This rental company is a scam and as somebody who works for an apartment complex knowing the ins and outs, this is obscure. I asked for an invoice and the invoice only had the bill and no break down for any charges. Upon arrival to moving in the paint had been previously chipped which I sent pictures in. Oh and good luck with getting in contact with the manager to discuss these outrageous charges.

Finding rental accommodations for students in Jacksonville is a daunting experience. There is not enough time in this world for me to go on about how AMAZING Taylor Real Estate Solutions is. I’ve been staying at one of their properties for over a year and must appreciate the staff attitude towards their tenants.The apartments are spacious and very well maintained. Every time I put in a maintenance request, the issue was FIXED within less than two hours. Absolutely incredible! The office staff is SO on top of everything. They remember everyone and are very open and upfront when signing leases about any questions you have about policies. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, friendly, welcoming place to live.
