Ivy Row Jacksonville

I have really enjoyed living here! The pool is nice and the clubhouse always comes in handy when I need to study, print off school work, or just need a good juice or Diet Coke from the fridge! Absolutely love it!

I’m moving into Ivy Row this fall, and I’m already so impressed! The property is absolutely beautiful — the landscaping and overall design really stand out and make it feel welcoming from the moment you arrive. One of the best parts is how close it is to campus, which makes everything so convenient and stress-free. The staff and community have been incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process, which makes me even more excited to move in. I can’t wait to call Ivy Row home!

I have lived at Ivy Row for almost 7 months now and have had no complaints! The apartments are very nice, the environment is clean, and the staff is friendly! I have had no complaints! The staff meets every need I have and wants the best for each resident!

Ivy Row is an amazing place to live!! The clubhouse has never been better! Carson, Victoria, and Halli are amazing and very welcoming!! Brandi has been a huge step-up from the last property manager and has made the clubhouse feel more welcoming!!

I’ve really enjoyed living here. The location is super close to campus, the apartments are nice and maintenance is quick to respond. This is definitely one of the better housing options here at JSU.
