However, this last time I had a leak in my closet which got all over my personal items and absolutely ruined a pair of jeans worth around $50 with mildew. So I asked the office if I could be compensated for it which the lady said they would not be able to and that I could dry clean the clothes which still costs money and takes time. One of the most concerning issues is the pool, which is inexplicably closed on weekends — the time when most residents would be able to use it. Tanning bed has been broken since I’ve moved in, pool can’t be accessed on weekends, apartment isn’t up to code, vehicle has been vandalized more than once and we had to get rid of our dog that was sweet natured just because he was a Rottweiler. Other than that the staff is great! I recently lost my job and still trying to find another one and they have worked with us a lot. I’m still worried that we may lose our apartment. I will get a job soon I pray and hopefully I can pull myself out of this mess. I can deal with everything else to have a home. So thank you!

I’ve had a good experience so far, it would be nice if there were a way to make it to where we can have an actual key for the place instead of relying on our phones, but other than that, things are good. The maintenance team is amazing.
